  • 30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON COMPOSITE STICKS
    SWIFT Hockey stands by the quality of our composite sticks. If a claim is submitted within 30 days of purchase, SWIFT Hockey will provide a one-time replacement of your player or goalie composite stick if it is damaged due to a manufacturer defect.
    To process your warranty claim, SWIFT requires the following:

    • Your original receipt from an authorized SWIFT dealer.
    • The white serial number sticker affixed to the original receipt.

    Please note:

    • Hand-written receipts and banking statements will not be accepted.
    • Please keep a photocopy of your receipt for your records.
    • Warranty claims submitted without the required information will not be processed.

    Important Terms:

    • No Cash Refunds: SWIFT Hockey does not offer cash refunds for warranty claims. Only replacement sticks will be provided.
    • Warranty Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the defective stick to SWIFT Hockey for warranty service and receiving the replacement.
    • Exclusions: There is no warranty for wood or foam core sticks or replacement blades. Additionally, the warranty will be voided if the composite stick has been used on concrete or asphalt surfaces.
