Swift Hockey was built by passionate hockey players who believe that elite performance gear should be accessible to everyone. What started as a simple idea has grown into a brand focused on delivering high-quality hockey equipment without the inflated prices seen in traditional retail.
By using a direct-to-consumer approach, Swift Hockey removes unnecessary markups, expensive endorsements, and gimmicks, allowing players to get premium-level sticks and gear at a fair price.
WHERE IT ALL STARTED
It started with Zech chasing the game at the highest level and refusing to settle for what was already out there. He set out to build a stick that felt different—faster, sharper, and built for the way the next generation actually plays.
THE BREAKTHROUGH
2023 was the year everything started to click—players began to notice, the community started talking, and Swift became more than just an idea. From local rinks to Dragons' Den, the brand stepped onto a bigger stage and proved it belonged.

2025 is where momentum turned into movement—new stick drops, bigger moments, and a growing presence across the game. From signing PWHL athletes to showing up in more rinks than ever, Swift became impossible to ignore.

THE STORY OF ZECHARIAH THOMAS
Growing up in small towns and spending countless hours at local rinks, hockey quickly became more than just a sport to me. From my early days as a player to eventually competing at the professional level, I experienced firsthand the sacrifices many families made to keep their kids on the ice. I saw talented players forced to use outdated equipment, share gear, or play entire seasons without a backup stick because the cost of hockey had become so expensive.
Those experiences stayed with me throughout my playing career. As I continued developing in the game and eventually played professional hockey, I realized that access to quality equipment shouldn’t determine a player’s ability to develop their skills or chase their dreams. I made it my personal mission to find a way to make a difference in the hockey community when the opportunity presented itself.
That opportunity came when I founded Swift Hockey.
From day one, I knew I wanted to build a hockey stick brand that challenged the status quo. My goal was simple: create high performance hockey sticks that could compete with the biggest brands in the game while remaining accessible and affordable for players and families. Through innovative design, premium materials, and efficient manufacturing, we developed a line of sticks that deliver elite level performance at a fraction of the cost of traditional high end brands.
But Swift Hockey was never just about selling sticks.
The game of hockey has given me incredible opportunities, lifelong friendships, and lessons that have shaped who I am today. From playing in small town arenas to reaching the professional level, hockey has opened doors I never imagined possible. That’s why giving back has always been a core part of our mission. A portion of every Swift Hockey stick sold helps provide equipment to underprivileged youth players and supports hockey programs in underserved communities, ensuring more kids have the opportunity to experience the sport we love.
